Before Your Report Is Generated

If you’ve paid but haven’t yet submitted your birth details, you may request a full refund at any time by contacting us.

Once Your Report Is Generated

Because each report is personally created based on your specific birth details, we’re unable to offer cash refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If something doesn’t resonate with you, contact us within 7 days of delivery – we’re happy to offer store credit toward a future report or add-on.

Our Mistakes

If you received the wrong report, a corrupted file, or your report contains a genuine error on our part, we’ll correct it or provide a full refund – no questions asked.

Compatibility Overlay

The same terms apply to the Compatibility Overlay as to the main report it was added to.
