Hello, it's me.
It could be just a very simple text yet why does it seems so difficult at times? Sometimes I kept thinking for days and months, trying to ask a few friends out for catch-up. But alas, the fatigue and commitments always seem to delay it.
I'm glad I've gotten this card today, to remind me that there are still friends around that need my support, likewise the other way round. And sometimes it could really be just a simple 'hi' to stop the mundane routine of life.

Reflection:
So thankful that the day had finally ended. It's a Monday and there seems to be so many outstanding items. Probably it's because I decided to track what are the list of items that I need to do since things have gotten a little out of hand after my last spiritual trip to Joey Yap's seminar.
Maybe today is really a day to reconnect with friends. One colleague reached out to me and asked me if I'm free for a drink. And then I decided to message an ex-colleague for a catch-up dinner.
This card reminded me of the day where I regretted that I did not reach out to find one of my secondary school's teachers earlier. The thoughts were always there but the actions weren't executed. In the end, the next I knew, I attended her wake.
Don't wait. Spend more time with your family and friends when they or yourself, still have the time.
